This is pretty much the exact same as Ico but a public gallery for art. We need tagging as well as maybe a different display format to allow for some short text on the display along with the media. This should handle any types of media like pictures, videos, writing, music, sites, etc..

Honestly, I want people pages to be the main place for art but this will mainly be a way to link work back to artists pages and a repository to link back to people pages.
